Thinking about the experiences our children have, their feelings and behaviours, can help us understand how to approach challenges and successes we may encounter in our daily lives.

At this unprecedented time, our lives have been very disrupted and so have our children’s.

Adults may feel confused, anxious, worried and overwhelmed, and it is more than likely that our children will be thinking the same to same too.

We hope that the example can provide you, with some clarity into some of the behaviours that you may experience in the coming weeks, why your children may are displaying these, and what you can do to support them.

It is also worth while checking in or your own Roots and fruits to help in these uncertain times.
