Sheringham Woodfields is a purpose built complex-needs school on the outskirts Sheringham. We share a campus with Sheringham Academy and Sheringham Primary School, allowing us to work together and facilitate inclusion.

Our pupils come from a wide geographical area of Norfolk, most are provided with local authority transport. We have ninety places in total and our age range is from nursery age to sixth form.  Our pupils have a diverse range of special educational needs and work at different levels of intellectual ability.  All pupils have a Statement of Special Educational Needs.

Can you guess where Jimbo the Elf is today??

Welcome to Sheringham Woodfields School new website. This platform aims to give a glimpse of the excellent education and care we provide for our pupils.

We have pupils with a diverse range of needs and view every one as an individual with their own strengths and qualities.  Our enthusiastic and creative staff have a vast range of skills and experience in meeting learners’ needs.
Through their enthusiasm and creativity they ensure that pupils have an exciting, challenging and relevant curriculum that enables all to make progress.

A key part of our work is about preparing our pupils for the next steps in their life through encouraging independence, life skills and being part of the community.
Our new website is a showcase for our wonderful school, fantastic pupils and dedicated and talented staff. We hope you enjoy using it!
