My first online live FAMILY YOGA class is happening MONDAY MORNING at 10am with me Gemma and Rafa the dog! I want to share with you some calming practices to help calm our mind and connect with our bodies during this time.
I will be offering these classes every morning at 10am to give the children (and us) a bit of routine!First Thing is to download ZOOM, it’s a video call app and it is free!You are invited to a Zoom meeting. Only I will be able to see you so please don’t worry if you are still in your pyjamas, I probably will be too!
